Mickelson Road Ground Breaking

Join the Hartford City Council as it celebrates the ground breaking ceremony of the Mickelson Road project. When completed, it will be an east-west arterial road connecting Hwy 38 to Western Ave. New developments will also be an outcome of this project. Turtle Creek Highlands, on Hartford's southeast side, will be the future home to more than 150 residential lots and include new commercial and multi-family construction. Kelly Point will also see the addition of two new residential cul-de-sacs which when complete, will be the home of twelve new single-family residences.
