Gloria's Garden Dedication
Please join us as we dedicate the courtyard between the Gage House and City Hall as Gloria's Garden. It's namesake, Gloria Lutter, was a passionate community member that touched the lives of hundreds of kids throughout her tenure at West Central School District and the library.
